Are you insured?+
Yes — $1M general liability coverage. Certificate available on request.
Do I need to be home?+
No. Door code, lockbox, or concierge handoff all work. We don't keep keys.
How do I pay?+
E-transfer to christopherpbautista@gmail.com on completion. Auto-deposit on, no security question.
What if I'm not happy with the clean?+
Same-day or 24-hr inspection rule. Flag the issue, we send the cleaner back free within 48 hrs to fix it, OR refund 50% of that area's cost.
Cancellation policy?+
Free cancellation 24+ hrs out. Under 24 hrs = 50%. Day-of no-show = 100%.
Eco-friendly / pet-safe products?+
Pet-safe + kid-safe products are our default. Eco-friendly fragrance-free kit available, +$5/hr or you provide.
Are your cleaners employees?+
Independent contractors. All vetted, all sign agreements, all carry their own coverage or are on our blanket policy.
